Autoris News — Autoris Leadership Institute
The short version:
Autoris News offers original articles on leadership, talent, and human development to editorial outlets worldwide, available under three tiers:
Free — Selected articles, available with a free registration
Premium — All current and forthcoming articles, approximately four per month — $50 per month
Premium Plus — All current, forthcoming, and archive articles — $800 per year
All tiers are open to accredited editorial outlets. Every published article must carry the author's name and Autoris Leadership Institute. Editorial adjustments for length and house style are permitted — changes to content, conclusions, or attribution are not. Articles are non-exclusive.

Who we are
Autoris News is a press service operated by the Autoris Leadership Institute LLC, Cambridge, MA. We publish original, research-based articles on leadership, talent development, and human learning, written for editorial publication in newspapers, magazines, and digital outlets worldwide.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to all users of autoris.news. Access is available exclusively to editorial outlets — including print and digital newspapers, magazines, trade publications, and professional media organizations. Registration requires confirmation of your editorial affiliation. Autoris News reserves the right to decline or revoke access at its discretion.
Access tiers
autoris.media offers three access tiers.
- Free tier subscribers receive access to selected articles designated as freely available.
- Premium subscribers receive access to all current and forthcoming articles — approximately four per month — at $50 per month.
- Premium Plus subscribers receive access to all current, forthcoming, and archive articles for a period of one year at $800, billed annually.
All tiers require registration. Free registration does not require payment but is subject to the same editorial affiliation requirements as paid tiers.
Publication rights
Registered subscribers may publish articles available under their respective tier in print and online. Publication rights are granted for the duration of the active subscription. Rights do not extend beyond subscription cancellation for articles published after that date, though articles already published prior to cancellation may remain in print.
Attribution
Every article published under these terms must carry the author's full name as originally credited. The following credit line must appear in close proximity to the article, either in the byline or at the foot of the piece:

Editorial adjustments
Adjustments for length, layout, and house style are permitted. Subheadings may be adapted. Introductory paragraphs may be shortened for space. Changes to factual content, research citations, conclusions, or author attribution are not permitted. The article may not be published under a different byline or presented as original work of the publishing outlet.
Non-exclusivity
Autoris News does not offer exclusive publication rights. Articles may appear in multiple outlets simultaneously or at different times. Subscribers are not guaranteed exclusivity in their market or language.
Prohibited uses
Articles may not be resold or sublicensed to third parties. Articles may not be used in whole or in part for the training of artificial intelligence systems. Articles may not be translated without prior written agreement.
Changes to these terms
Autoris News reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of autoris.media following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
